Order

Since at Nord is a marketplace and has many sellers, delivery times can vary. Estimated delivery time is shown on the product page under “Shipping”, and you will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If you registered in the checkout you can get an overview under my account of how far your order has come, and you can also contact the seller by using the support button on the seller store page. We would also like to inform you that an order with products from several different sellers are shipped as different parcels.

Most of our sellers ship their orders as trackable parcels. You will get the tracking information in an email when your order is shipped if there is any.

If you want to cancel your order, or part of an order, contact the seller for the specific product as soon as possible. You will find the necessary contact information in the sellers terms and conditions on their page. The seller can only cancel or change your order if it has not has already been sent.

Shipping & delivery

Sellers have different shipping costs, you calculate your cost based on the country you want to ship to in the check out process.

Our sellers use many different shipping companies. Some examples are PostNord, DHL, Schenker and Bring. More information is given in the sellers terms and conditions on their page.

at Nord enables shipping within EU, however it is up to each seller to decide which countries they want to ship to. You can check if shipping is available to your country in the check out process.

If you have placed an order with items from several different sellers, these may be sent in different shipments and will therefore have different delivery times.

Return & reclaim

Unfortunately we do not have direct exchanges, you will be refunded for your first order and then have to make a new order. Read below about how to make a return.

Since we are a marketplace and have many different sellers, the return address and return instructions may vary. You will find information on how to make a return in the seller’s terms and conditions on their page. Always contact the seller for the product that you want to return. 

When you want to make a return, we always recommend that you send the package traceable via the nearest agent. It is important that you save the parcel ID on the package so you can follow the return.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

As soon as you have received a return confirmation to your e-mail address, the process for your refund will begin. You will receive your refund in 5–10 banking days.

As we have many different sellers on at Nord, the fastest way to get help is to contact the seller directly. Use the support button on the seller store page to get in touch with them.
