Terms & Conditions
at Nord AB (“at Nord”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “company”) welcomes you (the “customer”, or “you”) to our (“marketplace”) at atnord.com, where customers can buy goods from other companies (“sellers”) that have chosen to sell their goods via the marketplace. In connection with each product, it is stated who sells and delivers the product. You will find this information partly on the current product page for the product. If you purchase a product from a seller via the marketplace, it is the seller, not at Nord, you enter into an agreement with. You may use the marketplace in accordance with the terms and conditions hereunder.
Acceptance of the terms
To be able to order on the website, the customer must be 18 years of age or older. Please note that we reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under the age of eighteen (18) are not marking orders on the marketplace.
Products sold on at Nord are posted by sellers after review and approval by at Nord. The sellers are thus responsible for ensuring that each individual product complies with the product descriptions provided. The seller reserves the right to final sale of products and any image and writing errors on the marketplace, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments, or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. The seller has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. All image information should be considered as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the product’s exact appearance, nature or origin.
Seller must fully own, or otherwise have all rights to sell the products to customers. Seller must ensure that the products are safe, secure and are in full compliance with applicable law. Seller will provide customers with all important information concerning their products, including, prices, guarantees (if any), refunds and returns, and terms of delivery (“Seller Terms & Conditions”). at Nord reserves the right to provide the seller instructions concerning the Seller Product Terms & Conditions from time to time. In such event, the Seller Product Terms and Conditions will be adjusted by the seller to comply with at Nord’s instructions.
The sellers are responsible for any products sold by them to customers via the marketplace as well as for the delivery of the products. at Nord do not make any warranties or representations concerning these products. The customer hereby releases the company from any claims and agrees that at Nord shall not be liable or responsible for any damages, claims, liabilities, costs, harm, inconveniences, business disruptions or expenditure of any kind that may arise as a result of or in connection with any of the seller’s products. Any legal claim related to a product purchased via the marketplace must be brought directly against the seller of the product.
Purchase / Order
Purchases of the products are made via atnord.com. at Nord does not enter into a purchase agreement with the consumer until at Nord has confirmed the order through an order confirmation via e-mail. at Nord is not responsible for information on the marketplace that originates from third parties. In the event that a product in at Nord’s range has expired or for some other reason is not available with observance of reasonable efforts, the purchase is cancelled, and the consumer then has the right to get his or her money back regarding the purchase. We reserve the right to block you from making further purchases through our website if we have reason to believe that you have placed orders that are contrary to the provisions of these general terms or in violation of applicable law (eg if we suspect fraud).
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security and in such events, you must change your password immediately. If you wish to either change your username or password to log-in, or cancel and remove your account, you may edit your settings here or you can send us an e-mail of your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your account will terminate within a reasonable time following your request to terminate your account.
Prices, fees and payments
When ordering via the marketplace, the prices stated on the website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping fees, which are stated separately. Any extra fees for e.g. shipping are calculated during checkout. On at Nord you can pay by card, you must have a valid payment card that we accept.
Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the product page. In case of delivery delay, the seller notifies you of this and continues to monitor the order. If packages are to be redeemed, the customer must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification. at Nord and its partners/sellers reserve the right to charge you for packages that are not picked up or that are not received for all costs that arise in connection with such returns.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at atnord.com and must then notify the seller that you regret your purchase by registering your return. The right of withdrawal begins on the day you have received/picked up the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify the seller of this no later than 14 days after you have received the product. You will then receive instructions on where to send the item. We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have registered that you regret the purchase, and you must send them back within 14 days after you have regretted the purchase.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer pays the return shipping, unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for the condition of the goods after the customer has received the goods, and during return shipping. The customer’s liability ceases when the seller has received the return. The customer must save a delivery receipt on the return. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in original box. Returns must be made to the seller according to the methods and instructions stated from the seller.
When the customer regrets his or her purchase, the amount paid by the customer for the item is paid back to the customer. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. If you e.g. has paid by card, the purchase price is returned to the debit card you used at the time of purchase.
Changes to the terms
Sellers and at Nord reserves the right to make changes to their terms at any time. All changes to the terms will be posted on the marketplace. Changes apply from the customer’s acceptance of the terms in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the marketplace. The seller recommends that the customer stays updated on the marketplace regularly to be notified of any changes to the terms.
Applicable law and dispute
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the seller’s customer service, you can contact email@example.com. As a customer, you can also contact ARN (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), which you can find more info about at arn.se. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and decided by the General Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamationnämnden) or ultimately by a general court.
